Garment Info

All measurements are taken laying flat. Measurements for the bust and waist have been doubled. The length will be measured to the lowest point of the garment. Garments may be pinned to models to give the illusion of fit. Please, be aware of sizing, as we do not offer returns for items that do not fit. It is highly important that you know your measurements, pre purchasing a piece from Desert Cat. Garments should be at least 2″ larger than your body measurements in order to ensure proper fit. Measurements may be estimated by measuring garments you currently own. All garments should be measured laying flat, as it is how we measure all garments listed on desertcatvintage.com. All colors have been described to the best of our ability. Colors may appear differently depending on your computer monitor. Because of this we can not guarantee the accuracy of colors. All imperfections will be noted, however, if an imperfection has been missed by Desert Cat or Desert Cat staff, a full refund will be given.

Wear & Aging

All garments are vintage. Vintage garments are pre-owned and pre-loved and in some cases, not perfect. Some items will show signs of wear and aging, however, these signs of aging do not affect a garments wearability. Garments are carefully inspected and all imperfections will be noted. We try our best to date items depending on era. We sell clothing from the 1950′s to 1990′s.

Vintage Clothing Care

It is best to have vintage garments dry cleaned, as they may be delicate. Most items will arrive pre dry cleaned. Garments should be kept in a safe, cool place to prevent the damage of vintage fabrics and craftsmanship.
